What happens after you submit
1. We message you on WhatsApp
Usually within minutes during working hours, to confirm your address and what you're recycling.
2. You pick a time
We work around your schedule — mornings, afternoons or a specific day that suits you.
3. We collect and pay
Our crew handles the loading, and eligible devices are paid by DuitNow on the spot.
Collection hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Requests sent outside these hours are answered first thing the next working day.
