Condition doesn't matter
You don't need to test, clean or repair anything before we collect.
Working or dead
We accept devices that no longer power on. Value differs, but we still collect them.
Missing parts
No charger, no battery, cracked screen — still fine. Bring it as it is.
Any age
Decade-old desktops and CRT monitors are still recyclable and still collected.
One item or a truckload
There's no minimum. Households and enterprises use the same free pickup.
What we can't take
A short list, so you're not left guessing on collection day.
- Damaged, swollen or leaking lithium batteries on their own — these need specialist handling, so tell us before pickup
- Large white goods such as refrigerators and air conditioners containing refrigerant gas
- Light bulbs, fluorescent tubes and other mercury-containing lamps
- Medical, radioactive or chemically contaminated equipment

Before we arrive
Two minutes of prep makes collection day quicker.
Back up anything you want to keep
Once a device is collected it goes for processing, and data is wiped or destroyed.
Sign out of your accounts
Remove iCloud, Google and Find My locks so the device can be processed properly.
Put everything in one place
Chargers, cables and accessories are all accepted — collect them together.
